This course is for women members who wish to develop professionally, personally and within the Union.

The course aims to:

• help you recognise the skills that you already have;
• help you develop strategies which you can practise, including assertiveness and presentation skills;
• help you become more involved in and informed about the NUT and its work; and
• help you decide on your own professional and trade union priorities.
