This course is for local officers wishing to carry out training for members and representatives at local level.

The course aims to:

• identify the skills needed for working with groups;
• enable participants to plan and deliver a training sessions; and
• address ways of promoting the NUT’s organising priorities through local training.

Note:
Participants must have attended at least one NUT training course in the past. The course does NOT deal with the use of IT programmes, such as PowerPoint, in making presentations.
