This 14-19 policy paper is based on the policies of the NUT and the University and College Union . This policy summarises and collates their policies and will hopefully stimulate further discussion and debate. The policy further emphasises the importance of the school and college sectors working together to meet the needs of all learners. This joint policy will be a powerful tool for teachers and lecturers as they work to strengthen relationships between the two sectors.
